本產品—高純蒸汽發生器，即產“飽和"純蒸汽，又能生產“過熱"純蒸汽，不僅是藥廠、保健飲品廠、醫院、生化科研等部門的消毒、滅菌的高純蒸汽生產專用設備，而且還是洗塞機、濕法消毒滅菌柜生產廠家的配套設備。
目前國內外的純蒸汽發生器只能產出“飽和"純蒸汽，對于遠距離（如100m以上）的設備進行滅菌消毒時，由于蒸汽到達使用點時已產生了大量的凝結水，已不屬于純蒸汽了，而是飽和水和飽和正切斷混合流體，因此滅菌消毒效果較差，尤其是300米以上的遠距離工藝管道滅菌消毒，根本就達不到滅菌消毒的目的。
