CHY-2T雙頭全自動活塞式液體灌裝機(jī)在本公司灌裝機(jī)系列產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改良設(shè)計，并增加了部分附加功能。使產(chǎn)品在使用操作、精度誤差、裝機(jī)調(diào)整、設(shè)備清洗、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)等方面更加簡單方便。
廣泛適用于日化、油脂等各行業(yè)，可對不同高粘度流體進(jìn)行灌裝。機(jī)器設(shè)計緊湊合理、外形簡潔美觀，灌裝量調(diào)節(jié)方便。
該機(jī)具有兩個同步灌裝頭，灌裝物料快速精確。
采用德國FESTO，中國臺灣AirTac、SHAKO的氣動組件和中國臺灣臺達(dá)的電控部件，性能穩(wěn)定。
物料接觸部分均采用304L不銹鋼材料制成。
采用韓國光眼裝置，中國臺灣PLC及法國電器元件。
調(diào)節(jié)便利、無瓶不灌裝、灌裝量準(zhǔn)確并具有計數(shù)功能。
采用防滴漏與拉絲的灌裝悶頭、防高泡產(chǎn)品的灌裝升降系統(tǒng)、確保瓶口定位的定位系統(tǒng)和液位控制系統(tǒng)。
